Inspirational collaboration with Princeton UniversityProgram for Community-Engaged Scholarship students, this community resource of service to any & everyBODY to aid in impactful transition decisions & care resources in the tristate & beyond~ We are here for YOU! This healthcare "roadmap" is for our transgender & gender-diverse (TGD) folx in an effort to make healthcare options more affirming & accessible in the tri-state & beyond. With the increasingly precarious political climate surrounding gender-diverse healthcare, we thought it important to equip our community with a resource describin' the different aspects of social & medical transition, local & national centers that provide affirming healthcare, & advice for locatin' & communicatin' with medical providers experienced in gender affirmation. Our hope is that this resource will expand access to inclusive healthcare options & empower TGD folks to be informed & confident in their transition-related decisions.
